Dojo etiquete, begins with good hygene.

Nails cut short and a clean Gi (uniform).

When visiting please take socks and shoes off at the door, so as not to track unnessesary dirt into the dojo.

Bowing is a sign of respect, so if in doubt bow to anyone who bows to you.(Feet together, hands at your side)

Normally we bow to the Shinzen (Picture of our Sensei) located at the front of our dojo. We do this when entering the dojo and again when in Seiza (kneeling position) at the start of class and at the end.

We also bow to any (Sensei) Black belts who may assist us through our training.
